ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, SOCIAL SUPPORT, AND TURNOVER INTENTION IN BRAZILIANS IT PROFESSIONALS

This paper explores the influence that organizational support and social has on turnover intentions of information technology (IT) professionals. Through quantitative approach, research applied Perceived Organizational Support Turnover Intention scales. The data were submitted to descriptive statistical analysis bivariate correlations, with findings indicating perception a significant negative correlation intention. more positive support, less professionals want leave organization. also reveal Performance Management, Compensation Development Policies, Management Leadership Style Social have In contrast, Workload influence. Despite intention being phenomenon multiple causes, conclusion is organizational/social its dimensions are important influencing factors decisions regarding professional evasion.
